Under the leadership of Oğuz Değirmenci, who brings 30 years of experience and deep knowledge in event management, Boardee Sports organizes tournaments worldwide, with a special focus on the USA and Türkiye. Oğuz Değirmenci served as the Director of Beach and Snow Volleyball at the Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF) for 12 years. During this period, he successfully organized over 200 national and international events and acted as Supervisor at 45 international tournaments across various countries, contributing to world and European championships. He also oversaw the construction of 5 permanent sports facilities for TVF, demonstrating his expertise in managing both large-scale events and infrastructure projects.
